www.legalextra.net is a flexible extranet service that is quick to set up and can be tailored to your needs. This can be anything from a fully collaborative virtual deal room environment focused around a particular transaction to virtual data rooms giving you access to current versions of documents that are relevant to you.

Data rooms allow you to search and download read-only versions of documents that you have access to. If security is an issue, it is also possible to make these documents only available as page images with watermarks rather than in their native application.

Deal rooms allow multiple parties access to share and work on documents during a particular transaction. You can view current and previous versions of documents, create new versions or comment on current versions. Users will only have access to the folders and documents that they have been given rights to see.

Case Management

SolCase Online provides you with an interface to our SolCase case management system which is currently used by our Milton Keynes office.

Using SolCase Online, you can view progress on your cases, update existing information, record new events and even create new instructions. Information can be tailored and views customised to your requirements.
