Sena Agbayissah is the Managing Partner and head of the Banking department in Paris. He is a qualified Avocat au Barreau de Paris and began his career at Landwell (Price Waterhouse) where he became a partner in 1999.

His experience includes: project financing, drafting documentation relating to financial and banking transactions, structured financing, derivatives, legal audit of banks and investment firms, securitisation contracts, advising banks and other financial institutions on the launch of new products or services, banking and financial regulations and restructuring of major groups of financial institutions.

Sena Agbayissah also works on contracts dealing with cash pooling and outsourcing banking services and is involved in the stock markets (drafting documentation in connection with the issuance of securities). His main clients are French and international banks and financial institutions.
