Alexander is a Partner who has been practicing Russian law for over 25 years. He has wide experience in Russian and international commercial and financial matters (including general banking, trade and project finance, aviation and shipping finance, infrastructure projects, Russian oil & gas regulation, corporate acquisitions and international capital markets).

Prior to joining Denton Wilde Sapte he worked for a number of years in Berlin, then as a partner in a leading Moscow-based Russian law firm and later as a partner of a large international law firm. Alexander is a graduate of the Moscow Institute of International Relations.

He is a native Russian speaker and is fluent in English and German.
