Andy specialises in the tax aspects of asset and project finance transactions and structured property development finance. He brings a combined discipline approach of property, banking and taxation law and practice built up over 20 years.

He has been involved in the financing and refinancing of projects as diverse as oil refineries, motor manufacturing facilities, the Docklands redevelopments and waste disposal facilities. High-profile projects in which he has been involved include Tate Modern, the Bluewater Shopping Centre and the National Botanic Gardens of Wales Millennium Project.

Andy also advised on the development of the Ashford International Passenger Station under PFI and was personally responsible for devising the novel structure which achieved the combined aims of the Department of Transport, the contractor and the financiers.
