Myles is a Partner who specialises in project, trade and asset finance, advising banks and investors worldwide. Prior to joining Denton Wilde Sapte in Moscow he worked for a number of years in Tokyo and London as well as, for significant periods, Paris and Dubai. He has experience in infrastructure, oil and gas, transport projects, real estate finance, ship and aircraft finance, pre-export and commodities finance. He has also handled a broad range of matters including corporate finance, leveraged finance, leasing, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and debt sale and purchase transactions. He has been qualified as an English lawyer since 1995.
