Anna Otkina is a Partner who specialises in corporate, real estate and general commercial issues. She has assisted various international clients in advising on establishment of legal entities in the Russian Federation, corporate acquisitions, due diligence exercises as well as a wide range of commercial and real estate transactions.

She has advised a variety of clients in the TMT sector and also has a growing following amongst aircraft and airline industry clients.

She has a law degree from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and an LL.M. from each of the University of Georgia (USA) and the Free University of Brussels.
