Accordingly, references on this website to Denton Wilde Sapte mean Denton Wilde Sapte LLP and the other partnerships, corporations and other undertakings which are authorised to carry the name "Denton Wilde Sapte" or to describe themselves as being "in association with Denton Wilde Sapte LLP" (or similar expressions) or one or more of those undertakings as the context requires. Denton Wilde Sapte LLP is incorporated in England and Wales under no. OC322045.  Denton Wilde Sapte LLP is registered for Value Added Tax in the United Kingdom (registration number GB 232 3161 09).

Before 1 November 2006, the law firm "Denton Wilde Sapte" was a general partnership set up under English law. Although this website includes documents produced before then, nothing in them means that Denton Wilde Sapte LLP or any limited liability affiliate is a general partnership or has unlimited liability.
