Calculating buy-out debts after April 2008

The Occupational Pension Schemes (Employer Debt and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2008 came into force on 16 April 2008. They rewrite the current position on employer debt calculation in multi-employer schemes and affects employer debts triggered after 5 April 2008.
