Commerical Court rules overdraft charges must be fair

The Commercial Court has handed down its judgment in the test case brought by OFT to clarify the legal principles that apply to charges for unarranged overdrafts and returned payment items under the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999. The key findings of the Court are as follows.
