Corporate manslaughter: new risks for rail companies

A new Act covering corporate manslaughter has upped the stakes for companies which fall short of protecting their staff and the public. Fines are to increase and guilty parties may even have to circulate the details of judgments made against them. Sam Boileau and Marian Boyle explain.
