EC proposes MTR caps, tells regulators to lower charges

Rod Kirwan commented in Global Mobile, a weekly trade journal for the mobile communication industry, on the EU presenting recommendations to national regulators which would require mobile phone operators to cut the prices they charged other companies for incoming calls.
