Opportunities for suppliers as Europe kicks off tender for €2.1 billion Galileo satellite navigation procurement

The European Commission and the European Space Agency (ESA) have launched the tender for the procurement of the €2.1 billion Galileo satellite navigation system. Responses to the tender must be submitted by 7 August 2008. Bidders are required to provide responses to the contract guidelines as part of their tender response. Getting the best balance of contract responses can be critical in the success of a proposal.
