Pay magazine - Court provides clarity on agency workers

Richard Nicolle was quoted in Pay Magazine on the MP's bill to alleviate the unfair treatment of agency workers and the warning from the CBI that 250,000 jobs would be lost. He spoke about a Court of Appeal ruling which brought welcome clarity in the case of agency workers, as it said an employment contract should not be implied unless it gave business reality to the relationship.
