Travel-related insurance and the long arm of FSA

Are you a travel agent, airline, rail, ferry or cruise operator or other transport provider, hotel or rental chain or company or a specialised and general booking agency? Do you promote or sell travel insurance linked to your services?

If so, changes in the law might bring you within the scope of financial regulation for the first time. You need to check now whether they apply to you, because you have only six months to make sure you comply.
