We have a strong track record in pharmaceutical and biotech patent litigation, both bringing and defending infringement, and revocation actions, having run some of the highest profile pharmaceutical and biotech patent cases in the UK in the last 25 years. We often work on and coordinate multi-jurisdictional litigation, including in Europe and the United States, with our international colleagues.
