We act for venture capitalists and other investors, companies and management receiving investment, and the other side of private-equity-backed acquisitions or disposals.

Working closely with our leading Leveraged Finance team, we ensure an integrated debt and equity service to our clients.

Whilst we advise on the most complex leverage buy-outs and large cross-jurisdictional transactions, our focus is firmly on mid-market transactions.
