Salaries

Competitive with top ten City practices. Salary packages are divided into two areas:

 

1. Merit, reflecting ability and skills demonstrated in the role and output, reflecting how hard people work. The merit element consists of broad salary bands which each cover several PQE dates. This enables very strong performers to be rewarded according to their ability, not necessarily their date of qualification.

 

2. The output bonus targets reflect the work-life balance that the firm wishes to achieve. Whilst the success of the business is determined by the work that everyone inputs, it is also important that individuals have a life outside of the office. Part of the output bonus may be exchanged as additional holiday if desired.
