Associate office - Kuwait

In Kuwait we operate as the Law Office of Dr Ahmad Al-Samdan in association with Denton Wilde Sapte. This is the eighth office to be launched in Denton Wilde Sapte’s Middle Eastern network. Denton Wilde Sapte is the only international law firm working in Kuwait, offering more resources and a wider perspective than other advisers in the market. The office is staffed by a team of seven Western-educated lawyers who have been working in Kuwait since 1994. They have extensive experience of representing a broad base of international and local corporations, government agencies and individuals and they provide legal advice on a wide range of commercial activities. The team provides a multi-lingual Kuwaiti law service and an experienced local litigation and arbitration practice.
