BBC News updates Richard Nicolle's comments on snow travel problems

Richard Nicolle has provided the BBC News website with an updated version of his comments on employees' and employers' rights and duties when snowfall causes travel problems, which first appeared in February 2009.

Following the heavy snowfall in February 2009, Richard appeared on the BBC News, BBC Radio Five Live and the website to provide an explanation of what managers should expect of their staff and advice to managers and staff on what courses of action are available to them should they wish to take action regarding their inability to get into work.

With people experiencing difficult travel conditions again, Richard has updated his comments, which can be viewed here.
