Denton Wilde Sapte follows up restructuring advice on Setanta with administration role

Denton Wilde Sapte's Restructuring &
Insolvency group has been appointed to advise Neville Kahn, Lee
Manning, Nick Edwards and David Carson of Deloitte on the collapse
of sports broadcaster Setanta.
Receivership appointments have been made in
Ireland in respect of four Irish companies, coupled with the
appointment of administrators in England of two English companies
and a Luxembourg company.
The Denton's team comprises of Restructuring
and Insolvency partners Nigel Barnett and Mark Andrews, working
with senior associate Jessica Hyde, Corporate partner Jeremy Cohen
and senior associate Vanessa Young.
The Restructuring & Insolvency group has
been active on some of the biggest administrations, insolvencies
and restructurings of the past 12 months. These have included
the collapse of Lehman Brothers, the receivership of several
structured investment vehicles and advising the Financial Services
Compensation Scheme on compensation arrangements related to the
collapse of Bradford & Bingley, London Scottish Bank, Kaupthing
Singer & Friedlander and Heritable bank.
