Richard Caird is a partner in the Dispute Resolution department of Denton Wilde Sapte. He was made a partner in 1987 and remained a partner until 1998, when he joined Commerzbank as head of Legal and Compliance. He rejoined Denton Wilde Sapte in 2003 and is now the head of the Financial Markets Dispute group within the Dispute Resolution department. He is also the Financial Institutions sector head and has responsibility for compliance within Denton Wilde Sapte. Richard has a long experience of the financial services sector, where he has been involved in disputes concerning a broad variety of financial products. He also has a considerable experience of regulatory issues.
