Social housing finance involves the funding of registered social landlords (RSLs) to enable them to provide, build and manage affordable social housing.

Since the early 1990s, our market leading social housing finance team has been acting for RSLs and their top funders. We advise on all aspects of lending and security for the sector, as well as on development and construction finance and the acquisition of property portfolios.
