The group, based in London and Milton Keynes, deals in both
high-value, high-profile cases and detailed property and estate
management work.
Our clients represent all sides of the real estate sector,
including large corporate occupiers and landowners such as Northern
Rail, EDF Energy and the Homes and Communities Agency, retailers
such as Home Retail Group (Argos and Homebase)
and Sainsbury's and organisations from the financial sector
such as Barclays Bank and The Royal Bank of Scotland. We also
advise developers such as Kier Group and Thornfield Group, and
companies in the leisure industries, for example Ascot Racecourse
and Balls Brothers.
